Privacy Policy
Last Updated: January 2025
Look, privacy policies are usually boring legal walls of text. We get it. But since we're asking you to share business-sensitive information during consultations, you deserve to know exactly what happens with your data.
Here's the straight version without the lawyer-speak padding.
What Information We Collect
When you book a consultation or download resources, we collect:
- Contact details (name, email, company name)
- Business information you voluntarily share during calls
- Technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited)
- Communication records (emails, call notes, chat transcripts)
We don't use tracking pixels or sell your data to third parties. Period.
How We Use Your Data
Your information serves three purposes:
- Service delivery - Preparing for consultations, following up on recommendations, sending requested materials
- Communication - Updates about your inquiry, educational content related to your stated interests
- Improvement - Anonymous analytics to understand which content helps operators most
We never share specifics of your business situation with other clients. What's discussed in your consultation stays confidential.
Third-Party Services
We use industry-standard tools to run the business:
- Calendly - Scheduling consultations
- Google Workspace - Email and document storage
- Plausible Analytics - Privacy-focused website analytics (no personal data tracking)
- Stripe - Payment processing (if you purchase premium services)
Each of these providers has their own privacy policy. They're GDPR-compliant and don't get access to your business strategy discussions.
Your Rights
You control your data. You can:
- Request a copy of everything we have on you
- Ask us to delete your information (we'll comply within 30 days)
- Opt out of marketing emails (link in every message)
- Correct inaccurate information
Data Security
We use encrypted connections (SSL), secure cloud storage with 2FA, and limit team access to client information. No system is 100% breach-proof, but we follow industry best practices.
Sensitive documents shared during consultations are stored in password-protected folders and deleted after project completion unless you request otherwise.
Cookies
We use minimal cookies - just enough to remember your preferences and keep analytics working. No ad tracking, no retargeting pixels, no creepy follow-you-around-the-internet stuff.
Children's Privacy
Our services target iGaming professionals 21+. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes to This Policy
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top. Major changes get emailed to active clients.
Questions?
Something unclear? Email us at [email protected] and we'll explain in plain English. Usually respond within 24 hours.
This policy applies to GameVenture consultation services only. Once you launch your casino (congrats!), you'll need your own privacy policy tailored to player data handling - which varies by jurisdiction. We can recommend compliance specialists if needed.
